The recycling bin rules and stuff

Well the recycling bin is the trash but I wanted to call t something unique!
So I called it this.


So all old and locked topics will go here and stuff.
And maybe if they are changed or trashed by accident they will be put back.
And sometimes they might be deleted all together.

So that is why is is called the recycling bin, and that is the info.
